Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

Mar 31

Yum- more cookies!  When I am stressed, I bake. Despite not having time to blog, I still found time to bake tons and tons…it would happen late at night, but it happen all the same.  These oatmeal raisin cookies are adapted from a great cookbook I won from another blogger.  The cookbook is the Newlywed Cookbook and has great simple recipes. I love the way that the book is organized– by type of food but also by event. If you have a chance, check out this awesome cookbook!

That is EXACTLY what I do when I’m stressed. I have a whole bunch of exams soon, so my kitchen actually looks like a bakery. Good choice on the craisins. Actually, this sounds like a killer combination, I must try this!
