Happy September! Summer seems officially over with school starting, but the weather still makes it seem like we are in the dead of summer. I hate turning my oven on when it’s this hot! So when I found this no-bake peanut butter bar recipe from A Fit & Spicy Life, I was psyched! I have serious envy with Melissa from A Fit & Spicy Life with her workouts and wine on Wednesdays. What this pregnant lady wouldn’t give for a glass of wine
In the meantime, I will dig into these peanut butter bars!

- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups Ritz Honey Wheat cracker crumbs (crumbled up the whole crackers)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- Difficulty: easy
Mix together the butter, cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until well blended.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan.
For 30 minutes, chill the pan in the fridge.
Over the stove or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips and spread over the peanut butter layer.
Chill for 1 hour before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
